Ted not only helped me sell my house but buy one too! While selling, he made sure to learn all the details of my house that made it special, dropped everything he was doing if someone wanted a showing, and came up with great advertising ideas! He made sure closing went as smooth as it could, and taught me the process so I knew what to expect. When that was wrapped up, he also helped me find my dream home. He listened to everything I wanted and helped me visualize a homes true potential (even if I couldn’t see it at first) so that my new home would turn into my dream home.
Each year we like to freshen up our home and try to have the project completed while we are in Key West. (We love Key West but always felt a project went smoother when we were around) Recently I contacted Ted and now are able to have ALL of projects done during the months we aren’t there! (Why didn’t we find him sooner!) We no longer have to live in a construction zone.

Ted was Great!!! he is a excellent communicator. Being far away from your second house is difficult enough but during a hurricane can be very stressful. During hurricane Ian, Ted was on the phone with me and gave me updates all the time. After the storm he went to check on our house. We will keep using his services and I highly recommend him.
